CONCEPT - "the ROViC Elements" the main concept of it's fan & fun hobby and enthusiasm of pop culture world of character role playing based from otaku culture (comic, anime, video game, mascot, virtual idols, etc.), the geek culture in the "fictitous", "pseudo" or non real, trend world of sub culture PLUS some Pop culture "REALISM" fan feature and fan social notes.
TREND - "trendee" or it's flow of enthusiasm mixing from the narrow to broad, ethnic x tribal to classic x formal, fan~comedy type humor to gore-horrific type humor, traditional descent to extremely sexy descent, from black side to the white side of the pop culture world.
TERMS - "Age and Restrictions" ROViC is concerned about the safety and privacy of its viewer/surfer. It acknowledge you "the surfer" should be [16 years or older and in JP (adopted region), 15 years older in AUS, 18 years and above in PH/USA or the legal age in your country], and if you "surfer/viewer" are 17 years old and below (under the minor-mature in your country [12 to 17 years old] and or a very young surfer! it is advised you are supervised by a parent, legal guardian or a responsible adult.
